Meet Researchers With a Booth That Supports the Conversation
AAIC 2027 takes place July 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, with exhibits scheduled for those same dates. For a cognitive assessment software team, the exhibit needs to support a product walkthrough as well as questions from researchers and clinicians. We develop the layout around how your presenters use the software and how visitors join the demonstration.
Your rental booth can combine a demo counter, branded graphics, storage, and seating within your allocated space. We work through the arrangement with you before production, including how the screen and conversation area fit together. You supply the software and approved scientific content; we take responsibility for the booth design and the agreed build and delivery services.
Keep the Booth Work Moving While Your Team Reviews the Content
Your product and medical teams may both need to review what appears on the booth. A dedicated King Exhibits project manager gives you one contact for the design, graphics, production, and delivery discussions. We coordinate the booth work from the version you approve and explain the effect of later changes before proceeding.
That leaves your specialists responsible for the material they know best. Our team handles the agreed booth production, shipping, installation, and dismantling, with your project manager keeping the exhibit requirements connected across those stages.
From Your Software Walkthrough to an Approved Booth
Share your booth dimensions, open sides, and whether visitors will watch a presenter or try the software themselves. We use those details to develop the counter, screen, and seating arrangement for your review.
We present the booth proposal and project quote for your team to evaluate. Once you choose the arrangement, we work with your approved graphics and confirm the production requirements and delivery scope.
After you approve the design and content, we coordinate the agreed booth production, shipment, and installation. Your team brings its presentation equipment and software; we also arrange dismantling under the confirmed project scope.
AAIC Exhibit Rental Questions
No. You book the exhibit space through AAIC’s official exhibitor process. Our rental covers the booth and the services listed in your King Exhibits quote. Once you have the allocated dimensions and open sides, we can work on a design for that space and identify what the booth proposal needs to include.
Yes. We can discuss the booth layout using the planned demo, equipment, and space requirements before your presentation content is final. Production graphics still need your team’s approval. We agree on the artwork requirements during planning and review later changes with you so their effect on production, cost, and scheduling is clear.
We can plan seating for smaller conversations, but seating inside an exhibit does not make it a private or soundproof meeting room. If your discussions require a separate room, check the conference’s current meeting options. We can then design the booth around the demonstrations and informal conversations you intend to hold there.
Keep the organizer’s exhibit-space charge separate from the booth quote. We identify the design, production, shipping, installation, and dismantling included in our proposal. Venue or organizer services, presentation equipment, and later changes need to be checked against the agreed scope. Your budget and equipment plans help us make those distinctions while preparing the quote.
