Rental Exhibits for Veterinary Diagnostics Suppliers
New York Vet brings veterinarians, technicians, practice owners, and practice managers together at the Javits Center on October 29–30, 2026. For a diagnostic equipment exhibitor, the booth needs to support both a product demonstration and a conversation about how that equipment would fit into a practice.
We develop your rental exhibit around the instruments you are bringing and the way your team will present them. That can mean a counter for a benchtop analyzer, a screen for walking through results, and a separate place to discuss the clinic’s requirements. You supply the product expertise; our custom booth design turns those presentation requirements into an exhibit your team can review before committing to the build.
Keep the Instrument Demonstration Open While Your Sales Team Talks
New York Vet places conference theaters on the show floor. Your booth should let someone stop for a quick look without interrupting a longer discussion. We plan the instrument position, result screen, and conversation area together, using your booth dimensions and demo format. A visitor watching a loading sequence should be able to see the operator’s work; a practice owner discussing a purchase should have somewhere to talk without occupying that same demonstration position.

A Project Manager for the Booth Work Behind Your Demonstration

Your product specialist can explain the analyzer. Your marketing team knows what the brand needs to say. Our dedicated project manager brings those requirements into the booth project and coordinates design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantling.
As the layout develops, we turn your equipment list and display requirements into a booth drawing for your team to review. The proposal sets out our exhibit work so you can review it alongside your equipment and show-service arrangements.
Questions Before You Rent a Booth for New York Vet
No. You book exhibit space with the organizer. King Exhibits provides the rental exhibit and the booth services agreed in your proposal. If your space is already booked, send the confirmation and floor plan so we can work with its dimensions and open sides. If it is still being selected, identify the options you are considering.
Yes, we can design the display around your instrument, subject to reviewing its dimensions, weight, access needs, and utility requirements. Your team remains responsible for operating the equipment. If the demonstration involves samples, animals, or special operating conditions, establish the show’s requirements with the organizer first; those conditions need to be part of the brief we design around.
They are included only if your written proposal specifically covers them. Booth construction and venue-supplied services are different cost items. We identify what our proposal includes and what needs a separate arrangement before you approve it. For a connected instrument or results display, include the equipment’s power and network requirements when we develop the design.
Yes. Identify the instruments you are considering and which choices are still open. We can discuss the layout using that information and explain which equipment decisions affect the quote. Before the design moves into production, we need the final dimensions and display requirements agreed with your team; a larger instrument may change the counter or the space around it.
What Will Your Team Demonstrate at New York Vet?
Include your show year, booth dimensions or floor plan, and the instruments you plan to bring. Add a short description of the demonstration and your working budget. We will use those details to develop a rental booth proposal that explains the layout and our quoted services.
