Make Room for Samples and Formulation Discussions
- Graphics connecting ingredients to product applications.
- Sample counters sized around your containers.
- Storage for sample refills and literature.
- Meeting space for your sales and technical teams.
- Layouts adapted to your contracted booth footprint.
Show Buyers Where Your Ingredients Fit
Your booth needs to help a formulator understand what an ingredient could do in their next product. We develop the display around your priority ingredients and the applications you want to discuss, whether you bring sample containers, packaged prototypes or supporting product information.
Our SupplySide East booth rental service combines a custom layout with the booth delivery and setup services you select. We work through the balance between display space and conversation space before the design moves into production. If your team needs somewhere to compare samples or talk through a formulation, we account for that in the layout instead of filling every available surface with graphics or merchandise.
Keep Booth Preparation Off Your Sales Team’s Desk

As your sample selection develops, the booth may need to change with it. Your dedicated project manager keeps those changes connected to the design, graphics and installation plan. You have one contact for the booth work while your product specialists prepare their presentations.
We provide design, fabrication, transportation, installation and dismantling, with the work for your project set out in the proposal. That gives your team a clear division of responsibilities before you commit: you prepare the ingredients and sales material; we organize the agreed exhibit work around them.
Before You Budget for Your New Jersey Exhibit
Yes. SupplySide Connect New Jersey is the current name for SupplySide East. The organizer has announced April 4–5, 2028, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center for its next New Jersey event. Include your intended show year when you contact us so the proposal is prepared for the right event.
Your footprint, display configuration, graphics and selected delivery and installation services determine the exhibit scope. Our proposal identifies the King Exhibits work and separates it from organizer or venue charges. The cost of reserving floor space is a separate purchase from the organizer; it is not the price of a finished rental booth.
Only if the organizer permits the proposed additions. A tabletop package may limit what you can add to the supplied setup. Send the package details with your inquiry; we will review them before proposing a separate structure or furniture. That avoids pricing an exhibit your booking does not allow you to use.
Yes, we can include a counter in the design. Serving food or beverages also depends on the event and venue requirements. Tell us what you intend to serve and whether it needs preparation or refrigeration. We will discuss the space and service requirements before quoting; a booth rental does not itself authorize sampling.
Let’s Work Out What Your Exhibit Needs
Share your show year, booked or proposed booth size, priority ingredients and budget range. Include how you want to present samples and whether you plan to offer tastings. We will use that brief to discuss a display direction and the services to price. If your space is not confirmed, tell us which sizes you are considering.
