Exhibit Rental for Dental Product Presentations
Hinman’s 2027 exhibit hall runs March 18–20 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. For a dental brand, the display needs to help a visitor understand an instrument, compare a material or follow a software workflow while your representative explains it.
We configure your trade show booth rental with custom display elements, graphics and AV support. The starting point is your presentation: what sits on the counter, what runs on screen and where the visitor stands. Your booth allocation and equipment details then shape the layout, fabrication and delivery proposal.
Choose a Display Format for Your Dental Product
Each format gives the product a different role in the conversation. These are design directions to develop around your allocated space and presentation method.
Bring an instrument close enough to inspect, with a dental model beside it to explain its intended use. A custom counter can hold the display at a useful viewing position while leaving working space for the representative. Device size, weight and any moving parts determine the counter design.
Give each material or consumable range a defined area with readable product identification. Keep replenishment stock in the cabinet below so the counter stays available for comparisons. Choose the samples visitors should examine before deciding how much display surface to rent.
Place the operator’s workstation where a visitor can follow the screen without stepping into the aisle. A separate discussion seat may help when the conversation moves to practice requirements. Provide monitor dimensions and connection needs so the AV arrangement fits the software presentation.
Set the Demonstration Method Before Designing the Counter
Hinman prohibits live demonstrations on patients or live models when they require a dental license or licensed supervision. Start with a description of the demonstration you intend to run. An inanimate dental model, recorded procedure or software walkthrough may offer a useful way to explain the product, subject to the show’s requirements. We use that presentation method to place the counter, screen and viewing area. Your team confirms what may be demonstrated before the layout is finalized.

Review the Display Details Before They Reach Atlanta

Our 3D design and custom fabrication services connect the proposed display to the structure being built. CNC and woodwork capability gives us a way to develop the counter and cabinet elements around your product dimensions, alongside the rental framework.
For the agreed pre-show checks, we review assembly, graphics and finishing details. That gives your team a chance to resolve a label position or display-access question before shipment. Equipment fit checks require the actual device or suitable dimensional information; the booth review does not validate clinical performance.
Turn Your Dental Display Brief into a Booth Order
Provide your booth allocation, product list and demonstration method. We review how the display and people will fit, then identify the measurements and services needed for the rental proposal.
With equipment details, artwork and budget priorities, our team develops the 3D design and quotation. You review the display arrangement and requested services together before approving production.
Once your artwork and design are approved, we prepare the exhibit and carry out the agreed checks. Share the equipment arrival plan and on-site contact so booth transport and installation can be coordinated with your team’s setup. The project schedule follows the current exhibitor instructions.
Your team checks the installed booth and prepares its own products for presentation. We coordinate the contracted dismantling after the show; confirm who packs the dental equipment and which items return with the rental exhibit before the crew begins removal.
No. The organizer’s space booking is a separate purchase. King Exhibits quotes the rental display and project services you request. Send the items already included or ordered with your space so the quotation does not duplicate them. Any additional show-service charges should be identified when the project budget is reviewed.
Not automatically. Hinman’s inline rules protect neighboring exhibitors’ views and restrict tall construction near the aisle. Send the booth drawing and proposed display height before choosing a tall cabinet or screen wall. We will develop its position around the applicable layout requirements.
That depends on the equipment load and connection requirements. Hinman lists an outlet among items available through its complimentary-equipment order process, but that listing alone does not establish suitability for your devices. Provide the computer, monitor and other equipment specifications; additional electrical or internet services may need a separate order.
No. Hinman’s published rules prohibit exhibitors from offering continuing education during meeting or exhibit hours. Plan the booth around product conversations and permitted demonstrations, and check any proposed presentation with the organizer before ordering seating or AV for it.
Confirm it early enough to complete any required organizer review, fabrication and delivery before your assigned setup window. The timing depends on the display and the work involved. Share your current exhibitor instructions when requesting the quote; we will assess the production schedule and any contractor paperwork before accepting the project.
