Display Options for Your NGA Exhibit
• Stepped shelves keep smaller packs visible behind the front row.
• Category headers group products by their intended store department.
• Recessed literature pockets keep sell sheets beside the relevant products.
• Counter storage holds spare display packs below the presentation surface.
Exhibit Your Products for Independent Grocery Retail
The NGA Show brings the independent grocery community together with suppliers across food, technology and store operations. For a packaged-food brand, the booth needs to introduce a range that a grocer can picture in the store. Our rental proposals bring branded structure, product presentation and conversation space into the area you have reserved. Start with the products you want retailers to pick up and examine, then identify any tasting activity and replenishment space. This gives the design a practical starting point while keeping your product story visible throughout the exhibit.
Compare Rental Booths by Floor Area
These starting layouts show how the display changes with available area. Your assigned space and permitted construction determine the final arrangement.
Feature a tightly edited range on the back display, with a compact front counter for introductions. Reserve enough floor space for a visitor to examine a pack without standing in the aisle.
Give two product families distinct display positions along the wider frontage. A discussion point at one end lets a sales colleague continue a retailer meeting while another person introduces the range.
Separate product browsing from a deeper assortment review, with room to consider multiple approaches where the space allows them. Sampling equipment needs its own allocation before seating fills the remaining area.
Connect Your Display Design With Fabrication

King Exhibits connects layout and 3D design with booth fabrication and graphic integration. That gives you a way to discuss shelf positions and branded surfaces as parts of a buildable exhibit. Our service also includes checks before delivery and coordination of installation. Review the proposed displays with us while the design is still adjustable, especially where your actual packaging needs more room than a product image suggests.
Prepare the Booth and Products for Different Arrivals
We check assembly and graphic details ahead of venue delivery. For this display, review the finished pack dimensions against the proposed shelf and counter locations. Agree which samples are needed for that review, so a change in retail packaging does not first become apparent during setup.

Booth transport does not establish a route for perishable samples. Your food team should confirm its delivery, storage and replenishment arrangements with the relevant providers. We coordinate exhibit staging and installation around the venue schedule; the handover should identify where customer-supplied products and any approved equipment enter the finished booth.
Develop Your NGA Rental Exhibit in Four Stages
Send the floor plan, budget and priority product list. King reviews the presentation needs and returns a proposed rental direction with the information still needed for a quote.
Provide pack dimensions and your preferred sampling approach. We develop the layout and quoted work, giving your team a design to review alongside its cost and service allocations.
Return approved artwork and any required show approvals. King prepares the agreed structure and graphics, then checks key details; the result is the exhibit prepared for dispatch under the agreed delivery plan.
Confirm the onsite contact and product arrival arrangements. We coordinate the installation and hand over the exhibit for your team’s merchandising, with dismantling arrangements agreed for the close of the show.
No. The organizer handles your application for floor space. King quotes the physical exhibit and the project services you request. Send the confirmed booth assignment when available; its dimensions and open sides affect the proposal. Keep registration and space charges separate when comparing your total exhibiting budget.
It can be designed to accommodate tasting once your proposed activity and the applicable show requirements are understood. Confirm permission and any preparation, hygiene or equipment requirements with the organizer before committing to the layout. A display counter alone does not provide food-service approval, refrigeration or sample handling.
Yes, as a reference for what worked. The current show location is the MGM Grand Conference Center, and the new proposal needs your current booth assignment and event instructions. Existing dimensions, equipment positions or graphics may be useful, but an earlier drawing does not establish what is permitted for this edition.
Request separate figures for transport to the receiving destination, movement of freight through the show facility and exhibit installation. Those are different activities. Ask us to identify the exhibit transport and installation in the proposal, then compare those entries with the event service orders to see who invoices each part.
You supply and approve the product information, pricing and claims. We incorporate the approved artwork into the booth design. Keep figures that change frequently in a replaceable graphic or your sales material, and identify the current file before production. King does not verify your products’ commercial or nutritional claims.
Identify the model or required capacity before the floor layout is approved. Its footprint, ventilation and electrical needs affect the space around the display. Confirm the equipment supplier, continuous power requirements and sample storage arrangements separately; refrigeration and cold-chain handling are not automatically part of a booth rental.
Bring Your NGA Product Line Into the Booth Brief
Send your reserved floor area, the ranges you want to feature and a budget for the exhibit. Add a note about tasting or display equipment. King will turn that product brief into a proposed exhibit layout and an itemized quotation for your review.Get a Quote for My Grocery Exhibit
