An Exhibit for EP Devices and Technology
A catheter sample, a workstation demonstration and a monitoring platform need different presentation spaces. We configure rental structures and branded graphics around the products you bring. HRS also offers separately booked Tech Suites outside the exhibit hall in 2027. If you plan to use one, tell us before allocating booth space to a meeting enclosure: the exhibit may be better used for product viewing. Your team supplies the devices and approved content; King develops their display setting. The meeting runs May 13–16 in San Francisco, with exhibits on May 14–16 at Moscone Center’s North and South buildings.
Compare the Space Your Demonstration Needs
These footprints illustrate different rental layout possibilities. Use your assigned dimensions and open sides to select a starting point; the layouts do not indicate available HRS exhibit space.
Give one demonstration the main counter and screen position. A compact layout suits a focused introduction when extended meetings take place elsewhere.
Use the additional width for a demonstration position alongside a small seated discussion area. Keep the entrance visible when visitors gather around the screen.
Distribute separate product stations around a larger footprint, with a shared meeting area. The assigned open sides determine how visitors approach each station.
Medical Trade Show Booth Design for EP Presentations

Our work includes booth design, 3D visualization and custom fabrication. The team developing your layout also considers how its counters and display surfaces will be built. That connection matters when a device needs a particular viewing position or your demonstration equipment has an unusual footprint. Graphics production and LED/AV integration are available within the project, so the exhibit’s printed message and digital presentation can be developed together. Review our [booth services](/#services) when deciding how much support to include.
Prepare the Exhibit for Your Demonstration Team
King checks key assembly, graphic and finishing details before delivery. For a device presentation, the project review should include the agreed counter configuration and access to the display connections. Identify any equipment that will arrive separately so its fit and operation are not mistaken for completed pre-show checks.

Our logistics work connects staging and loading with venue delivery. Your device team provides equipment arrival details and handling requirements; we coordinate the exhibit shipment around the confirmed show instructions. Medical equipment travelling under separate arrangements needs its own named recipient and arrival plan.

At installation, the agreed booth and AV items are handed over for your team’s preparation. Your specialists connect and test their demonstration equipment and content. King coordinates exhibit installation and dismantling; device operation stays with the people who know the product. Agree collection and packing responsibilities before the final exhibit session.
From Your EP Demo Brief to a Rental Proposal
Send the assigned booth plan and a short description of what visitors will see or handle. King reviews the space against that presentation, and returns an initial layout direction with the equipment information still needed.
Provide equipment dimensions, meeting requirements and a working budget. We develop the 3D proposal and identify the rental and custom elements, giving you a design and itemized quotation to review with your team.
Your team supplies approved artwork and confirms the proposed display arrangement. King prepares the agreed exhibit components and graphics, with the production version establishing what will be built for your demonstration.
Supply the current exhibitor instructions and your on-site contact details. We coordinate exhibit transport and installation against those instructions, then deliver the agreed booth for your team’s equipment setup and final preparation.
No. Your exhibit-space booking is made with HRS exhibition management; King’s quotation covers the agreed exhibit design and delivery services. Electrical supply, internet and other show-ordered services need to be identified when comparing budgets. Ask for the quoted items and separately ordered services to be listed, so a booth construction price is not mistaken for the complete cost of attending.
No. The current HRS 2027 prospectus excludes educational sessions and similar activities from Tech Suites. A room suitable for a meeting is not automatically approved for a presentation program. Discuss your planned activity with HRS before ordering its furniture or AV, and send the confirmed arrangement to King when coordinating the exhibit. Tech Suite allocation is handled by HRS.
Yes, subject to checking the display connection and the software’s operating requirements. Tell us whether the demonstration runs locally or needs an internet connection, and identify who supplies the computer. We use that information to discuss the AV arrangement. Your software team should test its demonstration on the agreed equipment; a rental display alone does not establish that the complete system will work.
A partition can reduce direct sightlines, but it does not establish confidentiality or sound isolation. Explain what level of separation your discussion needs before choosing an enclosure. For sensitive meetings, ask HRS about suitable meeting options and use content approved for the setting. A booth layout should not be treated as a medical privacy certification.
The amount of custom construction, equipment integration and artwork review affects the time needed. Your assigned move-in and service-order dates also matter. Send the current exhibition schedule with your initial request; we will review the proposed work against it. A booking date should follow that review, rather than relying on a general lead-time estimate for every Heart Rhythm project.
Yes, if their condition and dimensions suit the proposed exhibit. Supply photographs and measurements, including how the components pack and connect. King reviews what can be incorporated and what needs a different solution. This is particularly useful when a branded device display must remain familiar while the surrounding booth changes for a new footprint.
