RISKWORLD Booth Elements to Choose

• A branded reception counter marks the meeting point for arriving contacts.
• A seated table provides a surface for shared presentations.
• Partial screening reduces direct views from the adjoining aisle.
• An inward-facing monitor keeps demonstration viewing inside the exhibit.
• A storage cabinet keeps spare literature away from conversation tables.

Custom Exhibit Rental for Risk and Insurance Teams

Your RISKWORLD booth might host a broker introduction, a service presentation or a planned client meeting. We combine rental structures with custom graphics and display elements to suit those uses. The starting point is the space you have booked and how your colleagues intend to use it.For the 2027 event in New Orleans, distinguish the conversations that belong on the exhibition floor from those requiring a separate room. A busy reception desk, a seated discussion and a screen demonstration each occupy real space. Choosing their positions together helps avoid a booth that looks spacious in a rendering but feels crowded during appointments.

Compare Booth Layouts by Their Main Use

Choose the activity that needs the most floor space before adding secondary uses. These are alternative layout directions for your booked area, with the final dimensions developed against your floor plan.

Reception-Led Booth
Reception-Led Booth

Give the entrance to a reception counter and visible service graphics. Use a smaller seating area for brief broker or client introductions, leaving room for colleagues to greet the next arrival.

Demonstration-Led Booth
Demonstration-Led Booth

Put the principal screen and its viewing space at the center of the layout. A side counter handles introductions while a presenter walks visitors through a risk-service example.

Appointment-Led Booth
Appointment-Led Booth

Give seated discussions the larger share of usable space, with a compact arrival point. Consider screening where appropriate, while allowing arriving contacts to reach their host without crossing another meeting.

King Exhibits

King Connects Exhibit Design With Construction

RISKWORLD booth rental – exhibit design review with the project manager
RISKWORLD booth rental – pre-show build check before the booth ships

We develop the 3D meeting layout and combine rental structures with custom exhibit elements. That connects the seating plan you review with the parts we fabricate. Graphics production and AV support belong in that same discussion: a monitor opening or a branded partition affects both the drawing and the finished exhibit.King also provides transport and installation services for U.S. shows, including New Orleans. That gives your team a supplier to discuss the build and its delivery together, with the work included in your project set out before production.

Prepare the Exhibit for Your Team's Arrival

During the agreed pre-build review, we check the relevant assembly, graphics and finishing details. For a meeting-focused exhibit, pay particular attention to the junction between the branded wall and reception furniture; visible mismatches sit directly behind your first conversation.

Coordinate Delivery and Installation

Our logistics work covers staging and loading as well as venue delivery. The installation plan uses the event’s confirmed access instructions, so the shipment and the people assembling the exhibit are working to the same arrival schedule.

Hand Over the Finished Meeting Space

Before your team begins using the booth, the show-site handoff covers the installed layout and any agreed display equipment. Nominate a colleague to receive it and raise any setup issues; your presenters remain responsible for their presentation files and accounts.

OUR PROCESS

Develop Your RISKWORLD Rental Proposal

Start With the Appointments

Send the booth dimensions and explain how many conversations you expect to host at once. We review the space against those uses and return a suggested layout direction.

Give the Design a Brand

Supply your artwork and indicate where a screen or meeting table is needed. Our designers develop the 3D proposal, giving you a view of the reception and discussion areas to review.

Confirm the Work and Budget

Return your design comments and the exhibitor information available for your stand. We refine the configuration and identify the priced work, so you receive a proposal to approve before fabrication.

Prepare for the Show Floor

With approved graphics and a named receiving contact from your team, we organize fabrication and the agreed delivery and installation work. The resulting handoff is your assembled exhibit ready for your team’s own presentation setup.

Do I book my Marketplace space through King?

No. RIMS handles the exhibition-space booking, while King quotes for the exhibit you put in that space. Registration is also an organizer transaction. Compare the graphics, equipment and installation specified in rental proposals, then identify any additional event-service charges before setting your overall exhibiting budget.

What changes the cost of this booth rental?

The amount of structure and customization matters, as does the meeting layout. An enclosed room involves different construction from an open table. Screen equipment and the delivery and installation requirements also affect the proposal. Give us a budget range and your booked footprint so the first design reflects a realistic spending priority.

Would a room inside our exhibit replace a RIMS hospitality room?

Not automatically. A booth enclosure occupies part of your exhibition area and does not establish acoustic privacy by itself. RIMS lists a separate contact for hospitality meeting rooms at the 2027 venue. Decide where sensitive client appointments should happen before allocating the booth floor to a room; its suitability and any required approvals need separate review.

Can we show risk management software in the exhibit?

Yes, a screen-based demonstration can be included in the design. Describe who operates it and how many people should watch together. We will discuss display placement and AV needs; your team supplies the software content and access. Use demonstration data, and confirm any connection requirements before choosing the event’s internet service.

Can last year's booth drawings be used for RISKWORLD 2027?

Yes, they are useful reference material. The new booth still needs to match your 2027 space allocation and the requirements for the New Orleans event. Send the previous layout with the current floor plan; changes in aisle access or meeting needs may call for a different arrangement.

How early should we request a proposal?

Contact us once you know the event and likely space, especially if the design includes a room or several display stations. We need the requested configuration and available show information to check production and delivery timing. We will confirm a workable schedule for your project before asking you to commit.
