You confirm which plants, samples and equipment will return with your team and which have another collection arrangement. King coordinates dismantling of the rental exhibit with the agreed product removal plan. Collection timing, packing and carrier bookings must fit the rules for the edition you attend.
Ordering Your Landscape Show Booth for Plants, Materials and Equipment
Send booth dimensions, open sides, product photos, major sample weights and your budget. We review the space against the display and discussion areas you need. You receive a proposed design direction and any questions needed to prepare the quotation.
Provide the floor plan, current exhibitor documents and brand files. King develops the selected 3D concept and prices the components and project services. You receive a layout and proposal identifying included work, options and third-party services to arrange.
Approve the design and artwork, and confirm the final exhibit dimensions. We prepare the agreed rental and custom components, complete the specified checks and organize their packing. Your exhibit components are then ready to ship under the confirmed delivery arrangements.
Confirm your site contact and product arrival and removal plans. King coordinates the contracted installation and dismantling work with those arrangements. The booth and your products are brought together in the agreed sequence, followed by rental return and any separately ordered storage after the event.
The footprint, custom furniture, graphics, AV, transport and installation requirements affect the exhibit quote. Heavy samples or wet displays may change the furniture and floor protection needed. Keep FNGLA’s space charge and any official service orders visible in your overall budget so the exhibit price is not mistaken for the total cost of exhibiting.
Yes, where the agreed counter specification suits the plants. Give us filled container weights and dimensions, and identify any watering or drainage. We need to check support and surface protection before recommending a counter; large specimens may suit a floor display better. Your team remains responsible for the plants’ care.
Only after the proposed demonstration and required services have been checked with the relevant show and venue teams. Share the water supply, drainage and electrical requirements early. A static assembly or video may be a suitable display option while the working demonstration is being evaluated; booth rental alone does not authorize it.
Subject to the applicable show requirements and approval of the equipment and display method. The engine, batteries, dimensions and weight may affect placement and permitted operation. Send those details before choosing the booth layout. We do not treat a machine that can be displayed as automatically approved for a live demonstration.
Only after show management confirms sales and collection arrangements under the current edition’s rules. Tell us which plants may be sold, their packed sizes, who will collect them and the permitted removal times. We can then allow for packing access and product removal in the layout and coordinate rental-booth dismantling around the confirmed collection plan.
Yes, if ownership, dimensions, condition and storage arrangements allow it. Identify the next event before we specify custom pieces or graphics. Your proposal should distinguish rental property from items you retain and state any packing, repair or storage services needed between shows.
