Configure the Display Around Your Dive Equipment
• Branded wall structures provide the backdrop for your equipment range.
• Product counters provide display space for regulators and dive computers.
• Shelving and larger display fixtures can be sized around BCDs and fins.
• Meeting furniture provides seating for dealer discussions.
• Optional LED or AV displays support product presentations.
A DEMA Exhibit for Equipment Brands Selling to Dealers
DEMA Show 2026 takes place November 3–6 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. For your equipment launch or dealer meetings, King Exhibits offers rental booth design and production with graphics, logistics and installation support selected for the project. You rent the exhibit from us; your exhibition space is arranged with DEMA Show. Start with the space you have booked so the proposal reflects its actual dimensions and open sides.
Compare Three Sizes for Your Equipment Display
Use a compact footprint for a carefully selected range, with wall branding and a counter for close inspection. Keep large items and duplicate samples to a minimum when standing conversations also need space.
A longer frontage gives separate product groups more display room. Consider one end for regulator or computer demonstrations and the other for apparel or fins, with the meeting position chosen around the busiest display.
A larger footprint offers more flexibility for full-size samples, demonstrations and seated discussions. Where your allocated space has multiple open sides, plan entrances around the displays so visitors do not have to pass through a meeting to reach the gear.
Review the Display in 3D Before It Is Built

King combines booth design and custom fabrication with graphics production and show logistics. That lets you discuss the position of a regulator display, a screen or a dealer table while the exhibit is being designed. Use the 3D proposal to review the arrangement with your product and sales teams. We then develop the agreed exhibit for production and coordinate its installation requirements, including any venue services that need separate arrangements.
How We Develop Your DEMA Rental Booth
Send the booth plan, sample dimensions and weights, handling needs and budget. We review the display requirements and identify missing information. You receive a brief to confirm before design development.
Share your brand files, preferred features and current exhibitor manual. We develop the layout, 3D design and rental proposal. You review the display arrangement, quoted services and separately arranged show services before approval.
After you approve the design and artwork, we prepare the exhibit and coordinate its transport and installation requirements. You receive the agreed delivery and setup arrangements; product shipments follow the instructions confirmed for the show.
Confirm which samples your team will take and where the remaining items should go. We coordinate the contracted dismantling and exhibit return work. The closeout identifies any separately agreed storage or onward shipment.
No. King supplies the rental exhibit and the services agreed in your proposal. DEMA Show handles exhibition space. Its standard space package lists items such as pipe and drape, a booth sign and carpet, so send your package details before we specify additional furnishings or flooring.
Yes, the layout can include a staffed area for dry, hands-on product demonstrations. Tell us how each sample will be secured, powered and returned after use. A demonstration involving pressure, water or another special requirement needs a separate review before it is included in the design.
Not as a standard rental inclusion. Send the operating description, dimensions, loaded weight and utility needs so we can establish whether the proposed setup can be supported. Equipment supply, water, drainage and compressed gas require separate confirmation, along with any show or venue permission needed to operate them.
We quote each exhibit from its design and service requirements; there is no single price for every DEMA booth. The footprint, display construction, graphics, AV, sample supports, transport and installation all affect the rental cost. Share a budget range and identify the products that must be displayed first. That gives us a basis for comparing display options within your budget. Exhibition space fees and separately ordered show services must also be accounted for.
Only items expressly listed in the proposal are included. The current exhibitor manual must be checked for service providers, ordering requirements and labor rules. Ask us to identify the rental work we are quoting and the services that require separate orders or charges before you approve the project.
Use the shipping instructions issued for your current DEMA Show booking. Forward the warehouse or show-site instructions and your packing list so arrival can be coordinated with setup. A date copied from a previous edition is not a reliable basis for booking freight.
Show Us the Gear You Are Bringing to DEMA
Send your booth number and dimensions, a list of samples with sizes and weights, and a description of any demonstrations. Add the exhibitor manual and budget range when available. King Exhibits will use these details to discuss a rental layout and quotation for your equipment display. Send My DEMA Equipment Brief
