Group What Buyers Actually Compare
Place varieties, grades, containers, growing inputs or equipment features in clear comparison sets rather than one decorative mass.
Protect the Sales Conversation from Plant Care
Give watering, cleaning, replacement stock, empty packaging and staff tools a working location away from the buyer discussion.
Verify the Active TPIE Rules Before Release
Confirm display materials, sales activity, structures, utilities, freight, labor and third-party access from the current exhibitor documents.

DEFINE THE DISPLAY SPECIFICATION

Specify the Exhibit Load Before Choosing the Structure

• Record every plant, product, and equipment item at displayed size.
• Plan visitor clearances, staff routes, care, and replenishment together.
• Confirm utilities and material-handling needs before selecting the structure.

Build the Exhibit as a Physical Product Catalog

TPIE brings wholesale buyers together with tropical foliage, floral products, new plant material and the supplies, equipment and services that support the industry. The booth therefore has to do more than create a lush background. A buyer should be able to identify the relevant range, compare a useful difference and reach the person who can continue the supply conversation.King Exhibits converts the exhibitor’s inventory into a working 3D plan. The drawing allocates live display, comparison surfaces, sales conversations, plant care, replenishment and storage before rental walls, counters, lighting and graphics are released. Product-specific holders or equipment details can be quoted from confirmed dimensions. The written proposal names the design, rental, fabrication, graphics, logistics, installation, dismantling, AV or storage work accepted by King. Exhibit space, plant inventory, official services, venue-exclusive orders, approvals and exhibitor compliance remain separate unless the proposal expressly assigns a coordination task.

Choose the TPIE Exhibit Solution That Matches What You Sell

Live Plant and New Variety Exhibit

For growers, nurseries and breeders presenting tropical foliage, floral products or new varieties. The solution organizes live inventory by plant family, finished size or buyer program, with visible labels, appropriate viewing distance, care access, replacement stock and a responsible sales contact.

Container, Growing Input and Packaging Exhibit

For suppliers of pots, substrates, sleeves, labels, irrigation components or other plant-support products. Samples are grouped by one supported comparison—such as size, application or channel use—and paired with the product information needed for a sourcing discussion.

Equipment, Technology and Interior-Landscape Exhibit

For greenhouse equipment, plant-care technology and interior-landscape systems. The solution starts with the actual equipment footprint, operating clearance, utility request, demonstration owner and approval needs, then integrates the display into the rental structure and written project scope.

Count Live Plants as Working Inventory, Not Decoration

List every displayed plant group by show size, container, quantity, viewing side and label position. Add the cart, tray, protective surface, care access, quick replacement stock and route used to bring material into or out of the stand. This inventory tells the designer what the booth must hold while it is open, not just what arrives in a crate. Water, drainage, handling and facility conditions still require confirmation from the active exhibitor documents.

Let Buyers Compare One Meaningful Difference at a Time

A wall of foliage can attract attention while hiding the commercial choice. Select the difference the target buyer came to evaluate: variety, finished form, container, use environment, production task or supporting system. Keep the real sample, approved label and relevant specialist within one viewing area. A second group can answer another question, but it should not repeat the first. This turns visual interest into a specific wholesale or technical discussion that the team can record.

Design the Close Around Wholesale Follow-Up

Decide how the team will record the product, specification, account and responsible follow-up person after each useful conversation. Keep reference material or a digital form near the display without turning the aisle into a checkout line. The current TPIE rules must control any onsite sale, product removal or display-item handoff. Before move-out, assign every plant, sample, container, crate and booth component to return shipping, an approved transfer or another documented disposition.

WHY KING EXHIBITS

Review the Plant Catalog and the Exhibit Build in the Same 3D Plan

TPIE — Tropical Plant International Expo booth rental – exhibit design review with the project manager
TPIE — Tropical Plant International Expo booth rental – pre-show build check before the booth ships

King Exhibits can place the plant and product inventory into the same 3D review used for the rental structure, graphics, counters, lighting, meetings and storage. The marketing team can check hierarchy and sightlines, product specialists can review labels and access, operations can examine care and replenishment, and procurement can compare the physical scope before production.Confirmed measurements can be carried into quoted CNC-cut or wood-built container supports, product holders, equipment openings, shelves, counters and storage dividers. Where included in the project, pre-build and quality-control records let the team inspect components and graphics before packing; they are not a blanket promise that every project receives a complete full-scale pre-build.The proposal then states which design, rental, fabrication, graphics, transportation, installation, dismantling, LED/AV or storage tasks King accepts. Official TPIE and venue orders remain visible as separate responsibilities, allowing the exhibitor’s teams to review one project record without mistaking King for an organizer-appointed provider.

Use the Booth for Four TPIE Selling Situations

Launch a New Variety or Collection

Give the launch group a clear entry view, approved variety information and a product specialist who can explain availability, channel fit and the next commercial step. Keep established inventory present without letting it dilute the new introduction.

Present a Wholesale Assortment

Organize plant families, finished forms, containers or supporting products into a range a buyer can scan and compare. Use visible category cues and a meeting point for deeper availability, specification or program discussions.

Demonstrate Equipment or a Growing System

Build the presentation around the real demonstration task, operator position, working clearance and confirmed connections. Separate the active demonstration from samples, conversations and visitor circulation so each function remains usable.

Host Buyer and Distributor Appointments

Create a meeting area that stays connected to the relevant product group, specialist and follow-up record. Use it for scheduled account reviews, distributor discussions or technical conversations without isolating the team from the live display.

Can the booth display live tropical plants and new varieties?

Yes, provided the active rules allow the material and the full display inventory is confirmed. Send the mature show size, container, quantity, cart or tray, care access, water or drainage request, floor protection, replenishment stock, handling route and the product information buyers should see. The exhibitor remains responsible for plant health and applicable transport or agricultural compliance; the King proposal assigns only the accepted exhibit-related work.

Can we use artificial or preserved plants as booth decor?

Do not assume they are permitted. The current TPIE rules and written show approval determine whether artificial, preserved or exemption-eligible decorative material may be used. Send the material list and intended location before design release. King can revise the display around an approved choice but cannot grant organizer or venue permission.

Can buyers purchase plants and carry them away during the show?

Do not build the booth around onsite take-away sales until the active TPIE rules are reviewed. Plan first for wholesale product discussions, order information and post-show follow-up. If the current edition permits a display-item sale or transfer under stated conditions, document the receipt, release time, custody and move-out owner before the event.

Does a TPIE booth rental include the official exhibit space?

No. Exhibit-space assignment comes from TPIE or its authorized sales channel. The King Exhibits proposal covers only the design, rental, fabrication, graphics and project tasks expressly listed in the accepted scope.

Are electricity, water, internet, cleaning and material handling included?

Only if a specific coordination or supplied item is written into the accepted proposal. The current organizer, venue and official-provider documents determine who supplies and bills utilities, connectivity, cleaning, freight handling, labor, rigging and other show services. Reconcile those orders with the final layout before release.

Can King Exhibits work as an outside exhibit contractor at TPIE?

Potentially, after the active EAC or third-party contractor procedure, insurance, personnel, labor permissions, deadlines and permitted scope are confirmed. Send the current requirements early. King does not claim TPIE authorization until the required documentation and written project scope have been accepted.

What affects the cost of a TPIE booth rental?

The assigned footprint, rental structure, custom display details, graphics, lighting, storage, live-plant inventory, equipment interfaces, packing, transportation, installation, dismantling and schedule can affect the King scope. Utilities, material handling, official labor, cleaning, approvals and other show orders may be separate. The proposal should identify both the quoted work and known exclusions.

Which inventory and show documents start a TPIE exhibit proposal?

Send the event edition, hall and booth, size and open sides, plant and product inventory, displayed dimensions and weights, containers and carts, care and replenishment plan, equipment and utilities, buyer-meeting goals, graphics, current exhibitor documents, budget direction, freight route, approval date and requested onsite support. We will use them to prepare a 3D direction and written proposal scope.
