Match the Exhibit Format to What Your Team Is Bringing
• Orient complete vehicles for safe inspection and controlled visitor access.
• Support heavy assemblies with confirmed weights, clearances, and viewing height.
• Group parts by vehicle system and maintenance task.
• Demonstrate fleet technology through one role-specific workflow and fallback.
• Explain services through one business scenario and a quieter discussion point.
Plan the Exhibit from the Equipment Schedule, Not a Furniture List
At the Mid-West Truck & Trailer Show, exhibitors may present full-size equipment, components, fleet technology or transportation services to drivers, fleet owners, maintenance teams and other trucking professionals. Those visitors do not evaluate every offer in the same way. A vehicle needs an accessible walk-around. A heavy assembly needs a controlled viewing point. A maintenance product needs an application context. A digital service needs a short, credible task on screen. That is why the booth brief starts with the item or workflow that must be understood first. Its dimensions, operating condition, approved claims and buyer question determine the entry route, first sightline, staff position, specifications, utilities and follow-up space. Current show and venue documents still control what may enter, when it moves, how services are ordered and which approvals are required.King Exhibits can turn the confirmed inputs into a 3D exhibit direction and a written rental scope. The proposal identifies the structure, graphics, product interfaces, AV, logistics or on-site work assigned to us, while official show-space transactions and other organizer-, venue-, provider- or exhibitor-controlled responsibilities remain separate.
Choose the Rental Exhibit Configuration That Fits the Display Job
Rental walls, graphics, lighting, storage and staff positions are arranged around one confirmed truck or trailer envelope. Use this configuration when the full vehicle is the primary reason to stop, inspect and begin a sales conversation.
A supported display point, verified access, utilities and a controlled operator position bring an engine, chassis assembly or service machine into the booth without asking visitors to work around an improvised setup.
Sample panels, labeled fixtures, counters and supporting screens organize products by vehicle system or maintenance task. Buyers can compare a relevant group while the sales team keeps detailed specifications and follow-up close by.
A screen-led workflow, presenter position, data and power plan, compact storage and a quieter follow-up point support software, telematics, compliance or transportation-service conversations without pretending the screen alone proves the offer.
Lock the Movement Envelope Before the Rental Structure
List the overall length, width, height, weight, projections, wheel position, turning needs and final display angle for every truck, trailer or heavy assembly. Add the arrival condition, required handling method and the sides visitors must inspect. King Exhibits can use that record to reserve working space in the 3D direction. The current exhibitor documents and assigned space still determine the permitted route, placement time, equipment, labor and approval process.

Show the Maintenance Decision at Working Distance
Choose one buyer role and the question that person should answer at the display: fit, access, service time, operating condition, compatibility or next-step evaluation. Place the relevant component, verified specification, screen and specialist within the same view. A mechanic should not have to cross the meeting area to find the explanation. This arrangement turns a mixed product display into a focused technical conversation without promising a performance result the exhibitor has not approved.
Keep Official Space Orders Outside the Exhibit Rental Quote
The show organizer controls exhibit-space applications and current participation terms. Utilities, handling, labor, freight, cleaning, insurance or other services may also follow separate forms and providers. King Exhibits quotes only the design, rental elements and project work accepted in writing. Put every outside order beside our proposal with an owner, current form and deadline. This prevents a booth-space fee or service assumption from being mistaken for part of the physical exhibit package.

Review the Product Position and Project Responsibilities Together

King Exhibits can connect the confirmed equipment envelope, product interfaces, graphics, screens, storage, staff positions and meeting needs in one 3D direction. Our current public service range includes booth design, custom fabrication, rental, graphics and LED/AV, show logistics, installation and dismantle, project management and post-show storage. Only the items accepted for this project belong in the quotation. The same review records what the exhibitor supplies and which approvals or services remain with the show, venue or other providers. Marketing can check message and visibility while product and operations teams check access, utilities, movement and working clearance before the design is released. This is a coordination method, not organizer approval or a guarantee that every requested display will be permitted.
Five Trucking-Industry Applications for the Rental Exhibit

Give the new model the first sightline, preserve the walk-around or access point buyers need, and keep approved specifications and a product specialist beside the physical display.

Present parts, tires, lubricants or maintenance products by vehicle system, service task or verified application so fleet and shop teams can compare the right set before discussing commercial terms.

Reserve operating clearance, utility interfaces, a visible result and a reset position for a shop tool or maintenance machine, subject to the current show and venue requirements.

Use a short task to show the approved input, system response and output, then move configuration, integration or account questions to the specialist who can answer them.

Keep the relevant product, workflow or service evidence close to a quieter conversation area so scheduled account discussions remain connected to what the company is actually offering.

No. Mid-West Truckers Association controls the official exhibit-space application, assignment and participation terms. King Exhibits is an independent exhibit provider. Once you have a space option or assignment, send the current documents and floor plan so we can prepare a separate design and rental proposal around that confirmed starting point.
Potentially, when the assigned area, current show rules, access route and handling plan allow it. Send the full dimensions, weight, projections, arrival condition, required inspection sides and desired orientation. The applicable organizer or provider controls placement approval and handling requirements; a 3D concept alone does not authorize the vehicle.
That depends on the current exhibitor documents, the item being handled and the work involved. Do not assume that self-handling or self-installation is allowed for every item or task. We will separate any quoted King Exhibits work from the tasks your team or an official provider is permitted and assigned to perform.
Cost depends on the confirmed footprint, rental structure, custom work, graphics, product fixtures, AV, flooring, furniture, storage, heavy-item interfaces, freight, installation and dismantle, schedule and accepted responsibility split. Official booth-space fees and other show- or venue-controlled charges are separate unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise. Send a budget range so the first direction is commercially realistic.
Send the show year, assigned space and floor plan; the equipment schedule with dimensions and weight; the priority fleet or maintenance conversation; demonstration and utility needs; staff, meeting and storage requirements; budget; current exhibitor documents; brand files; and the exhibit or on-site work you want King Exhibits to quote.
No official affiliation or contractor status is claimed on this page. King Exhibits works as an independent exhibit provider, and any accepted work remains subject to the current show contract, venue requirements, official-service rules and written project responsibilities.
