The current 2027 ATA Show Week schedule separates the members-focused ATA Trade Show on January 7–8 from the public Archery & Bowhunting Supershow on January 9–10 in Indianapolis. Choose the ATA Product Display Zones Your Assortment Requires
Use a graphic-backed wall or freestanding display when retailers need to compare several product families. The quote should define the display quantity, mounting method, labels, lighting and staff access.
Choose a fitted counter for products that may be examined only with staff present. Confirm working height, product supports, return positions, security details and staff-side storage before fabrication.
Give one approved launch product a dedicated surface, message and optional screen position. Its physical dimensions, release status, graphics and media permissions must be confirmed before production.
Add quoted lockable storage when samples, packaged accessories or literature need controlled replenishment. Capacity, access direction and key responsibility are set from the actual inventory and staff routine.
Build an ATA Exhibit Scope You Can Approve and Check
Use rental architecture for the main footprint and add CNC or wood details only where confirmed products need specific supports, recesses, access panels or lockable storage. The accepted quote identifies which elements are rental and which are custom.
Approve each wall, counter and screen position against the correct file and product message. Location-based graphic assignments let the brand and product teams check what will be produced before files are released.
Before packing, identified components can be checked against the approved design within the accepted project scope. This is a defined quality-control step, not a blanket promise that every ATA exhibit is fully assembled in advance.
Stage and pack the accepted components around the confirmed transport plan. The quotation states which transport and installation/dismantle work King covers and which Indianapolis venue or designated-provider services remain external.
Build the Retailer Order Conversation into the Display
Start with the product decisions a dealer should be able to make at the stand. Group the selected range by a familiar buying logic, place the comparison attributes where they can be checked, and keep dealer material within staff reach. Add a short conversation position for order or channel questions without blocking the display. The booth then supports line review and commercial follow-up instead of relying on a generic reception counter and a brochure handout.
Connect the Booth to the Shooting Lane Without Mixing Responsibilities
When a product needs an actual shooting trial, define what happens at the booth and what happens in the official lane. The booth may introduce the model, qualify interest and schedule or direct the visitor; the lane follows ATA’s current contract, safety, insurance and operating requirements. Match product IDs, staff owners and talking points across both locations. Give every displayed product a release status before graphics and fixtures are approved. Current ATA media and exhibitor rules still govern onsite activity; the exhibit layout supports those decisions but does not replace the exhibitor’s product, legal or communications approval.

ATA booth space, shooting lanes and organizer-, venue- or designated-provider services remain separate unless the written quote expressly assigns them.
Do not assume so. The current ATA materials identify separate shooting lanes, and live activity is controlled by current contracts, safety, insurance and organizer requirements. Send the product and intended visitor action. King can plan displays and the booth-to-lane handoff, while the exhibitor and ATA determine the permitted trial location and operation.
Keep the approved structure stable, then adjust the opening message, product emphasis, staff positions and handoff. Trade days may prioritize line review, dealer material and order discussions; public days may need faster product discovery and controlled hands-on contact. Confirm which days your company will exhibit and what activities are approved before design release.
Cost depends on the assigned footprint, open sides, rental structure, custom supports, graphics, AV, storage, transport and onsite scope. Booth-space and shooting-lane charges are organizer items, not the same as King’s exhibit-design/build price. We prepare a scope-based quotation after the assignment and product requirements are known.

The design can place staff-controlled displays, lockable quoted storage and defined media positions, but your team owns product approval, staff procedures and current rule compliance. Do not send irreplaceable items until the shipment, security and onsite custody plan is agreed.
