Your AUA exhibit rental therefore has to do more than carry a logo: a visitor should be able to recognize the relevant product, see what is being demonstrated and reach the person qualified to continue the discussion.The project begins with what visitors will evaluate, not with an empty structure. We record each product, physical interface, approved message, staff owner and visitor action, then place those requirements with reception, graphics, AV, storage and meetings in one plan. Choose the first product question a passing visitor should be able to answer, then make that action visible from an open side. The entry may lead to a device detail, an instrument comparison, a workflow screen or a guided demonstration. Place the assigned specialist and the next conversation point behind that action, not across it. A clear start helps the team qualify interest without turning reception into a gate or forcing every visitor through the same long explanation.
Draw the Demonstration Reset Before the Counter
Record the product’s operating condition, dimensions, weight, handling sides, power, data, heat, sound and cable exits. Add the operator, the nearest observers, the next waiting group and the staff route for replacing or cleaning materials. This footprint tells the designer whether the station needs a recessed surface, open corner, screen position, protected cable path or staff-side storage. The current AUA rules and approved demonstration plan still govern the final arrangement.
Release Each Product and Graphic as One Set
Assign every displayed item an ID, approved name, display condition, required status language and internal owner. Connect that record to the label, wall graphic, screen content and fixture position where the item appears. King can then produce from a controlled release instead of inferring language from an early rendering. Your medical, legal or regulatory reviewers retain approval responsibility, while the exhibit team can confirm that the right version reaches the right physical location.

The accepted quotation defines the answer. It may include 3D design, rental architecture, graphics, selected custom fabrication, packing, transport coordination and agreed installation/dismantle work. Booth space and organizer-, venue- or official-provider services are separate unless the quote expressly includes them. Send the current booth assignment and requested services so every party’s responsibility can be identified.
Yes, when the activity is permitted by current AUA requirements and approved by the exhibitor. Send the product condition, dimensions, handling method, operator and observer positions, utilities, sound, cables, supplies, reset and safety needs. King plans the physical station; your team owns product use, scientific/regulatory content and required approvals.
It depends on the assigned footprint, configuration, rental structure, custom fixtures, graphics, AV, utilities, furniture, storage, transport and onsite scope. Organizer space rates are not the same as exhibit-design and build costs. We prepare a scope-based quote after reviewing the assignment and project inputs rather than publishing an incomplete fixed price.
Send the show edition, booth number, size and open sides; product list and dimensions; demonstration sequence and interfaces; approved-content status; target visitors; staffing and meeting plan; graphics and screens; storage; budget; freight plan; and requested onsite services. Flag anything still under review so the design preserves a controlled change path.
The current exhibitor manual and accepted project scope determine ownership. Some services may have to be ordered from the organizer, venue or designated provider. King identifies known dependencies in the plan and quote, while the exhibitor confirms account permissions, orders, deadlines and payments unless those tasks are expressly assigned in writing.
Often, but reuse is not automatic. Rental walls, towers, counters, lightboxes, screen mounts and meeting components may be reconfigured. Event graphics, product fixtures, utilities and layouts must be reviewed against the next assignment, venue rules and product program. Separating reusable architecture from edition-specific content makes the comparison easier.
