Match the Booth to What the Buyer Must Evaluate
Turf Equipment Inspection Exhibit
Irrigation and Water-Management Exhibit
Course Inputs and Digital Operations Exhibit
Build for the Course, Club and Facility Management Audience
The published 2027 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show information places the event at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, with the trade-show floor open January 20–21. GCSAA exhibitors can meet course, club and facility management professionals looking at equipment, irrigation, course inputs, technology and related services. That mix rewards a booth that helps a visitor evaluate one operating decision instead of scanning a wall of product claims.King Exhibits is a Las Vegas-based contractor serving trade-show projects nationwide. Our public service scope includes custom exhibits, rentals, transportation and logistics, storage, project management, installation and dismantling. For GCSAA, the accepted proposal must distinguish those selected services from exhibit space, Freeman services, venue utilities, insurance, client-supplied products and organizer approvals.
Give the Visitor a Technical Reason to Stop
Open with the specific job the product affects: mowing quality, irrigation control, water use, labor, maintenance, monitoring, safety or another approved claim.
Use the right side of the machine, a replaceable component, a dry irrigation path, an approved sample, a screen or a concise data comparison to support that claim.
Place the product manager, sales engineer, distributor or regional representative where the visitor can continue the conversation without standing in the aisle.
Display Turf Equipment Without Promising a Live Engine Demo
Current GCSAA rules allow gasoline-powered equipment to be displayed only after specific fuel, cap and battery preparations, and they do not allow a gasoline motor to be demonstrated inside the hall. Design the booth around static inspection: expose the component a superintendent needs to evaluate, place specifications beside that point and reserve standing room for the product specialist. If moving electrical parts are essential, record the approval path before the layout is released.

Resolve Water, Power and Product Restrictions Before Graphics
An irrigation or water-management story may need more than a pump placed on a counter. Map the intended flow, controls, drain route, electrical load and operator position, then decide whether a dry cutaway or approved operating display gives the clearest evidence. The current venue controls water, drain, electrical, plumbing, phone and internet orders, while hazardous chemicals are restricted. Keep those interfaces separate from the booth-rental assumption and assign each order in writing.
Protect the Sightline and Keep the Technical Talk Inside
For a standard linear booth, the current rules permit taller construction toward the rear and limit the front portion of sidewalls to four feet. Use the rear plane for identity and product context, then keep the front open enough to reveal the inspection point from both aisle directions. Position the product and sales handoff far enough inside the boundary that a serious question does not stop traffic or obstruct neighboring exhibits.

Connect the Design, Product and Service Responsibilities

King Exhibits combines verified custom-exhibit and rental services with nationwide transportation, project management, installation, dismantling and storage options. The GCSAA project record begins with the confirmed booth assignment, the product envelope, the visitor task and the current official documents. These inputs let marketing, product, sales and operations review one 3D direction before production is released. The written proposal then names the structure, graphics and selected services King Exhibits will provide. Exhibit space, Freeman-controlled work, venue utilities, organizer approvals, insurance and exhibitor-supplied products remain separately assigned unless an accepted document states otherwise. King Exhibits is an independent exhibit provider and is not presented as an official GCSAA, Freeman or venue partner.

No gasoline motor may be demonstrated inside the exhibit hall under the current published rules. Equipment can be displayed only after the required fuel, cap and battery preparations. Send the exact machine and intended interaction so the booth can use a compliant inspection or media alternative.
Only when the method and required approvals are confirmed. Current venue services control water, drain, plumbing and related utility orders, while hazardous chemicals listed by the show are prohibited inside the building. A dry cutaway, screen or approved non-hazardous display may be the better plan.
The current rules allow an eight-foot back wall for a standard linear booth, while the front five feet of a sidewall or divider may not exceed four feet. The final booth type, assignment, current rules and any written approval control the released design.
King Exhibits publicly provides nationwide booth construction and transportation support. The proposal must still identify the exact logistics, installation, dismantling and contractor scope for the current show and satisfy the organizer, venue, Freeman and EAC requirements that apply.
Start when the booth assignment, product envelope and current exhibitor documents are available. Equipment, utilities, rigging, EAC authorization or approval questions can add decision steps, so the working schedule should be built backward from the applicable official deadlines rather than a generic lead-time promise.
Compare Booth Footprints for a GCSAA Exhibit
-
For one compact course-management product, a focused inspection point and a technical conversation within a standard inline footprint.
-
For a larger equipment inspection, separate media and product zones, or more room for staff and visitor positions.
-
For multiple open sides, larger equipment and distinct inspection, meeting, media and storage areas.
