Choose the Booth Direction from the Decision You Need
Hands-On Medical Device Demonstration
Give the product a clear approach, a safe operator position and a viewing point where the buyer can inspect the controls, accessories and operating sequence. Keep technical documents and follow-up booking close without crowding the active demo.
Diagnostic or Digital Workflow Review
Arrange the screen, input, output and explanation in the order a buyer needs to follow. Plan sightlines, cable paths, internet requirements and a quieter place for integration or implementation questions.
Distributor Qualification Meeting
Lead with the product category and market fit, then give the conversation room for territory, training, service, stock and next-step documents. Store the broader catalog out of sight until it supports a specific buyer question.
Turn the WHX Booth Assignment into a Buildable Rental Scope
WHX Miami currently offers several official booth starting points, from space-only areas to shell, Eco Flex, pipe-and-drape and compact pod formats. The organizer controls the exhibit space and its current packages. King Exhibits works from the option you book and the documents you receive, then defines the external design, rental, graphics, display, logistics and installation work included in our proposal. For a healthcare exhibit, the floor plan must do more than fit a counter and logo. It should show the exact product configuration, who operates it, what the buyer needs to see, where the next conversation happens and which services still require official orders or approval.
Build One Clear Medical Buyer Route
Tell visitors what the displayed product does, who uses it and which configuration they are looking at before they reach the first technical panel.
Choose a control, workflow, output, material, accessory or service step that helps the priority buyer judge fit. Keep its operating conditions and limits beside it.
End the route at a demo booking, document review, distributor discussion or technical follow-up that your team is prepared to own after the show.
Check the Official Booth First, Then Price the Rental Work
Start with the WHX option you booked, the assigned area, open sides and every included item. A space-only stand, shell package, Eco Flex booth, pipe-and-drape space or technology pod creates a different starting point. King Exhibits can plan the accepted external scope around that record, but the organizer still controls the exhibit space and package rules. This check prevents duplicate furniture, missing structure or a custom concept that conflicts with the actual allocation.

Give the Medical Demonstration Enough Room to Be Understood
Send the product dimensions, weight, access sides, operator position, power, network and display conditions before layout approval. We place the buyer where the key control, output or workflow can be seen without blocking entry or the next conversation. The plan also reserves storage for accessories and documents. Any live use, claim or displayed configuration remains subject to the exhibitor’s approvals and the current show, venue, import and product requirements.
Keep Show Orders Separate from the Accepted Booth Scope
List electrical service, internet, rigging, material handling, cleaning, insurance, product freight and other required interfaces beside the King Exhibits proposal. Then assign an owner, current form and due date to each item. Our design can reserve outlets, cable paths, hanging points or delivery access, but the responsible party must still place the correct order and secure approval. A written split makes quotes easier to compare and protects production from hidden assumptions.

Review the Design and the Delivery Plan in One Project Record

King Exhibits connects booth design, custom fabrication, rental, graphics and LED/AV, logistics coordination, installation, dismantling, project management and storage around an approved written scope. Your WHX record begins with the assigned space, medical product, approved display content, buyer task and current exhibitor documents. The 3D direction lets marketing, product, sales and operations review the same product positions, screens, storage and meeting zones. The proposal then names what we provide and what remains with the exhibitor, organizer, venue or service provider, so the team does not approve a design while power, internet, freight or product permissions remain invisible.

Yes. World Health Expo Miami is the current name of the event formerly known as FIME. Use the current WHX Miami name in the booth brief, and flag any older FIME documents so the team can confirm whether their dates, forms and requirements are still valid.
No. WHX and its organizer control exhibit-space applications, official booth packages and current participation terms. Send us the option or assignment you receive, and we can prepare an external design and rental scope around the confirmed starting point.
Yes, when the current package rules allow the proposed work. We first review the included structure, furniture, graphics, screen capability and restrictions, then identify which additions or alternatives belong in the King Exhibits proposal.
It can be planned for one after the exact product, operator, visitor, power, network and space requirements are documented. The exhibitor must confirm that the displayed configuration, claims, import path and live use are permitted before we release production.
Send the official allocation or floor plan, product dimensions and weight, internally approved display wording, the documented U.S. market-status boundary, demo needs, brand files, target buyer, meeting goal, budget range and current exhibitor documents. Identify who owns product, regulatory, freight and commercial approvals.
Possibly. Tell us which future shows, spaces, products and storage conditions you are planning. We can evaluate reusable rental or custom components, but the next venue’s rules, freight plan, repairs and graphics changes must be reviewed before reuse is promised.
After the core facts are complete, the next working output is a 3D booth direction and written scope for review. The final price, responsibilities and schedule depend on the approved design, current show documents and services named in the accepted proposal.
