The current official FAQ lists an 8-foot black backdrop, 3-foot side drape, an identification sign, VIP Pass use and portal access for inline space. The official show-information page reviewed September 7, 2026 lists the 2027 conference for February 22–25 and the expo hall for February 23–25 at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
