Trade Show Booth Rental at SHOT Show

Las Vegas SHOT Show booths built for secure firearms and optics displays to thousands of trade buyers.

  • Secure display cases
  • Tactical product walls
  • Law-enforcement buyer flow
  • Brand showcase design
Retail and Range Buyers

Help them compare product families, applications and support without searching through a crowded wall of unrelated items.

Distributors and Dealers

Create a place to review assortment, availability questions, territory needs and follow-up with the right sales contact.

Law-Enforcement Buyers

Support controlled product examination and a more private requirements discussion when the audience and product category call for it.

Media and Product Launches

Give new products a clear identification point, concise story and staff-controlled path for closer review.

Make a Large Product Range Easier to Buy

SHOT Show visitors often arrive with a short list and limited time. A retailer may want to compare several models or accessories. A distributor may need the commercial range and support story. A law-enforcement buyer may require a controlled technical conversation. Media may be looking for one new product and the person who can explain it accurately. The booth should help each of them find the right starting point without turning every wall into inventory storage.

Build the display around product families and buyer questions. Give the most important launch or category a visible position, keep comparison items close enough to review together, and reserve staff-assisted access for products that should not be handled freely. Storage, check-in/check-out routines and staff sightlines must support the display rather than being improvised after move-in.

King Exhibits develops the SHOT Show booth design and rental assets around that plan. A proposal can include walls, towers, counters, illuminated graphics, lighting, screens, selected display supports or cabinets, controlled storage and meeting space. Packing, freight coordination and installation or dismantling appear only where they are stated in the accepted quote.

Current SHOT Show rules determine who may exhibit and attend, how regulated products are inspected and secured, and which forms and official services apply to The Venetian Expo or Caesars Forum. The exhibitor remains responsible for the product list, legal compliance, approved handling method and qualified staff. We design the booth around those confirmed requirements without representing King as the show’s safety, security or official service provider.

SHOW-SPECIFIC EXHIBIT OPTIONS

Design the Booth Around Three Sales Actions

Compare trade show booth a product-led trade-show display with samples arranged for hands-on buyer inspection

Group related models, accessories or applications so the visitor can see the difference without crossing the booth. Use concise category labels and lighting that helps the product—not decorative graphics that compete with it.

Examine with Staff trade show booth a practical meeting corner beside the product display with a table, chairs and presentation material

Place staff where they can control access, explain the product and return it to the correct support or storage position. The booth layout should avoid hidden corners and protect the customer conversation from aisle pressure.

Continue the Deal trade show booth a practical meeting corner beside the product display with a table, chairs and presentation material

Move serious discussions away from the main display without losing connection to the product. A counter, table or enclosed meeting area can support assortment, program, technical or agency requirements according to the buyer and booth size.

Give Every Product Family a Clear Address

Assign each displayed item a family, position, label and staff owner before the booth elevation is approved. Keep models that buyers compare close together, and separate launch products from the full assortment when they need a stronger story. King Exhibits can size quoted supports, graphics and lighting around confirmed product dimensions and weights. A numbered display map also helps the team return products correctly and gives the packing record a direct connection to the finished booth.

Plan Product Access, Security and Storage Together

Plan Product Access, Security and Storage Together

The display method should state what remains fixed, what staff may present, where it returns and how items are secured when the hall closes. Place controlled storage close enough to support the routine without creating hidden congestion behind the counter. Current SHOT Show procedures govern regulated products, inspection and overnight security. The exhibitor supplies the approved product-handling plan; King Exhibits uses it to design the quoted supports, counters, doors and storage access around real staff movements.

Use the Forms for the Venue on the Booth Assignment

SHOT Show spans The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, and some electrical, rigging, internet, plumbing, cleaning and utility responsibilities differ by building. Record the assigned venue before the service plan or floor ports are approved. King’s drawing can show where booth-side connections are needed, while the current Exhibitor Resource Center determines the correct provider and order form. This prevents a valid request for one venue from being treated as valid for the other.

The approved exhibit record can give every product family, graphic, support, counter, screen, storage position and meeting area a defined location. When the assortment changes, the team can see whether the change affects a mount, label, light, cabinet or staff route before the booth enters production.

King Exhibits prepares the rental, printed and selected custom assets named in the accepted quotation and can connect their piece IDs to the packing record. Product owners retain the regulated-product inventory and handling record. Venue services, electrical, rigging, security and other official responsibilities remain separately assigned, so procurement can see exactly what King is supplying and the onsite lead knows who controls each remaining task.

Can firearms be displayed in a SHOT Show rental booth?

Yes, only under the current SHOT Show eligibility, inspection, display and security requirements. The exhibitor must complete the applicable process and provide the approved handling method. King can design quoted supports, counters and storage around those confirmed requirements but does not replace show safety or security personnel.

How should high-value products be secured after show hours?

Follow the current SHOT Show overnight-security procedure and your company inventory controls. Before design, identify what stays fixed, what moves to authorized storage, who signs items in or out and which booth storage is for packaging or staff supplies rather than regulated products.

Does the booth service plan change between Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum?

Yes. Some providers and order forms differ by venue. Confirm the assigned building and booth before ordering electrical, rigging, internet, plumbing, cleaning or related services, then make the approved service locations match the booth drawing.

Can one booth show a large range without looking crowded?

Yes, through selection and grouping. Define the priority launch, the product families buyers compare and the items that need staff-assisted access. Additional products can remain in controlled storage or appear in digital catalogs instead of occupying every wall.

Can a SHOT Show booth include private buyer or agency meetings?

Yes. The level of privacy depends on booth size and the conversation. A semi-private table may be enough for distributor follow-up, while confidential technical or agency discussions may justify an enclosed meeting area with controlled access.

What should we send for a SHOT Show booth rental quote?

Send the assigned venue and booth, product families and dimensions, display-access and security method, target buyers, graphics, lighting, screens, storage, meeting needs, freight origin, current show information and requested installation support.
