Yes. Provide installed and operating dimensions, openings, material flow, robot or conveyor movement, utilities, operator space, sample handling and the approved operating method. The booth structure can then be placed outside the required machine zone.
Certain booth sizes, structures, hanging elements, covered areas or multi-level designs require current show and venue review. Send the assigned space and concept early, and verify the current approval threshold and submission package before production.
The current exhibitor FAQ states that purchased exhibit space requires floor covering. Confirm the rule and approved material for the current edition, especially around heavy machinery, service drops and areas where the floor must remain accessible.
Yes, when the sample dimensions, quantity, weight, handling and security requirements are confirmed and the work is included in the quote. Your technical team supplies the approved labels, data, certifications and claims.
Rental components, counters, screens and selected graphics may be reconfigured. Machinery positions, utility interfaces, floor rules and the next venue still require a new plan. Reuse is strongest when components are selected for known future booth sizes.
