Three Starting Points for a World Ag Expo Exhibit
Indoor Product Booth
Outdoor Product and Meeting Space
Equipment-Led Exhibit
Design for the Farm Decision, Not an Indoor Showroom
World Ag Expo brings equipment, inputs, irrigation, livestock solutions and agricultural technology into a large indoor-outdoor show environment. The right exhibit depends first on the assigned space. A clean indoor floor can support a conventional rental system; an outdoor plot may involve decomposed granite or dirt, tent rules, surface protection, weather exposure and longer equipment routes. Those differences change the design, the service orders and the quote. The product still has to lead. Machinery should expose the controls, working side, connection or service point buyers care about. Crop-input and seed displays should begin with the crop, condition or application rather than give every package equal space. Irrigation, livestock and agtech systems need a short explanation of how the components work together, followed by access to the specialist who can answer technical and commercial questions.King Exhibits uses the confirmed site and product record to prepare the 3D layout, rental architecture, graphics, display supports, storage and meeting areas. Selected custom work, packing, freight coordination and installation or dismantling are included only when named in the accepted proposal. Tents, electricity, internet, forklifts, surface disturbance and other organizer or official-provider services remain visible responsibilities instead of disappearing inside an undefined “turnkey” package.
Help the Grower or Dealer Reach a Useful Conversation
Lead with the crop, operation, machine task or business problem the product addresses. A visitor should understand the relevance before studying the specification panel.
Provide access to the working side, sample, component, control, installation detail or software screen that supports the exhibitor’s approved claim.
Place dealer, territory, agronomy, service or technical conversations close to the relevant display so the next question does not send the buyer across the booth.
Treat the Outdoor Plot as Part of the Booth Design
Confirm the surface, boundaries, approved tent, utility locations and any disturbance required before choosing flooring or structure. World Ag Expo controls significant digging, postholes and other changes to the exhibit space, and it names official or exclusive providers for certain services. King Exhibits can plan the quoted display around those conditions, but the site approvals and provider orders must remain on the exhibitor’s current checklist. A level indoor package should never be assumed to fit an outdoor plot unchanged.

Keep the Inspection Sides of the Machine Open
Start with transport and displayed dimensions, weight, supports, moving sections and the points a buyer needs to reach. Decide who delivers, positions and removes the equipment, then preserve that route in the installation sequence. Once the final location is fixed, place lighting, product callouts, screens and meeting areas around the useful views. This prevents a branded wall or counter from hiding the control, attachment, service panel or working side that brought the grower to the exhibit.
Prepare the AgTech Demo to Work Without General Wi-Fi
World Ag Expo does not include internet in the exhibit space, so a connected product needs an ordered service or a tested local demonstration. Record the device, screen, power, data, operator and reset steps before the counter is built. King Exhibits can fit mounts, cable access and storage into the quoted display; the exhibitor supplies working software, accounts and approved product data unless another responsibility is written. Keep an offline workflow ready for the core sales explanation.

One Site and Product Record from 3D Plan to Packing

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. For World Ag Expo, the project record begins with the exact site, surface, footprint and products rather than a standard indoor-booth assumption. Equipment positions, inspection sides, graphic sizes, displays, screens, storage and selected custom supports can be checked in the 3D plan before rental preparation and production move forward. The proposal then names the graphics, rented components, custom work, packing, freight coordination and I&D accepted by King Exhibits. Exhibitor equipment and samples, plus organizer-controlled tents, electricity, internet, forklifts, permits and site work, stay visible in the responsibility plan.
Build the World Ag Expo Plan from the Site Up
What You Provide: Indoor or outdoor location, plot or booth number, dimensions, surface information, open sides and current exhibitor documents. What We Do: We identify the correct rental direction, site interfaces and missing information that affects structure, services or pricing.
What You Provide: Transport/display dimensions, weights, moving parts, samples, demonstrations, inspection sides and placement responsibility. What We Do: We build the floor plan around entry, product proof, visitor access, storage and grower or dealer conversations.
What You Provide: Electricity, internet, tent, water, forklift, permit, weather and other official service requirements. What We Do: We coordinate the booth elements in our proposal with those interfaces and keep outside services visible in the project record.
What You Provide: Final artwork, approved layout, accepted quote, service confirmations, shipping contacts and ready display products. What We Do: We prepare the rented, graphic and selected custom assets in scope and coordinate the accepted delivery and I&D work.
Yes, after the assigned plot, surface, approved structure or tent, utilities, weather plan and organizer-controlled services are confirmed. The proposal will state which display and coordination work King Exhibits provides and which site services must be ordered elsewhere.
Yes, subject to the current show rules and site conditions. Provide transport and displayed dimensions, weight, moving sections, support points, inspection sides and the party responsible for positioning and removal before the booth is approved.
Do not assume it does. World Ag Expo currently identifies an exclusive tent provider for applicable rentals, an official electricity provider and separately ordered internet service. Confirm the current forms for the assigned space; the King Exhibits quote will list only the services it has accepted.
Yes, when the required power, ordered connection and operating space are confirmed. Build the booth around a tested demo and keep a local or offline version ready. Your team remains responsible for functioning products, accounts and performance claims unless the proposal assigns another party.
Some graphics, counters or rental components may be reusable, but the structure, flooring, anchoring, weather protection, utilities and installation plan require a new site review. Reuse decisions should follow the World Ag Expo assignment rather than the previous event’s drawing.
Send the site assignment, footprint, surface, products, equipment dimensions and weights, demonstrations, utilities, tent or shelter needs, target buyers, meetings, brand files, budget direction and requested freight or installation support.
