Inputs for a Palmer Events Center Exhibi
Send the product experience and operating plan together:
• Event, hall, booth and current manual
• Products, buyers and hands-on activity
• Staff count, roles and qualification steps
• Screens, apps, streams and connection needs
• Power, water, drainage, freight and access
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope
Turn a Compact Footprint into a Working Sales Station
A smaller regional exhibit can create strong business when every square foot helps staff start, prove or continue a buyer conversation. King Exhibits begins with the product action and the people available to run it. The layout can give one person a clear greeting and qualification position, protect a demonstration from aisle congestion and keep samples or follow-up tools within reach. Palmer Events Center provides two connected column-free halls and lists electrical, internet, telephone, water and drainage ordering for exhibitors. Those utilities are placed from the floor, so product and equipment locations should be fixed before service drawings. The final scope connects buyer value with a realistic operating plan.
Design the Product Action before the Display Furniture
Choose what a visitor will do: test a control, compare materials, scan a result, assemble a sample or watch a short process. Record the time, staff help, reset steps and proof produced. The counter and product support can then fit the real activity instead of becoming generic furniture. King Exhibits can build the physical interaction, instructions and storage around the approved product. The exhibitor provides validated claims, samples and trained operating staff.

Give Every Staff Position a Defined Job
Map who greets, who runs the product and who handles a qualified question during the busiest period. If the same person must cover two roles, shorten the visitor route and place tools within reach. A controlled footprint can outperform a larger booth that needs more people than the exhibitor can supply. King Exhibits can model counters, openings, product access and storage around the staffing plan. The exhibitor owns staff scheduling, training and commercial follow-up.
Use a Wired Connection for Business-Critical Conten
Palmer provides complimentary wireless internet throughout the venue but recommends a wired connection for booths that depend on applications, services or live audio and video streaming. Decide what happens when the connection slows or fails, and keep a local demonstration path where practical. King Exhibits can identify screen, device and cable locations in the design. Palmer and designated technology staff price, install and support the authorized connection for the current event.

Resolve Floor Services before They Cut across the Experience
Palmer’s exhibitor FAQ states that utilities are generally accessed from the floor and installed by ACCD staff, with rear-center placement as a common default. A product or island booth may need a more deliberate location. Confirm the service drawing before production so cables, hoses or drains do not cross buyer circulation. King Exhibits can reflect accepted points in drawings and component openings. ACCD retains installation and service authority.
STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024
STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for combining technical products, branded architecture and buyer conversations. It was delivered at NPE 2024 in Orlando, not at Palmer Events Center. Buyers can use it to assess product positioning and production finish. An Austin project would receive its own footprint, staffing, interaction, connectivity, utility and freight plan under the accepted written scope.

The Product Action Can Guide the Physical Build

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Product supports, demo counters, cable access, graphic instructions, staff positions and storage can therefore be reviewed against the same operating sequence. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. Palmer, ACCD, the organizer and designated providers retain authority for utilities, internet, catering, security, freight access, labor and event operations.
Build the Palmer Booth around Its Daily Operation
The exhibit becomes persuasive when the visitor activity and available staff work without friction.
Choose product, buyer question, action, proof and required next step.
Place greeting, demonstration, qualification, storage and reset responsibilities.
Close utilities, internet, freight access, labor, safety and approvals.
Close the working layout, assets, team roles, schedule and quotation.
Palmer states that complimentary wireless service is available, but recommends wired internet for booths that depend on applications, services or live audio and video streaming. Treat a business-critical demo accordingly and confirm current packages. King Exhibits can plan device, screen and cable locations. ACCD technology staff provide and support authorized connections, while the exhibitor supplies applications, accounts, content and a fallback demonstration method.
Palmer’s exhibitor guidance says services are accessed from the floor, with some perimeter sources, and installed exclusively by ACCD staff. The standard rear-center location may not fit every product or island layout. Send equipment and preferred service points early. King Exhibits can show confirmed locations in drawings. ACCD determines availability, placement, labor, connection method, charges and on-site changes for the event.
Palmer has covered outdoor canopy space, but exhibitor access depends on the contracted event area, organizer plan and venue approval. Do not assume an indoor booth includes outside activation rights. If approved, the design must address weather, security, power, flooring, anchoring, product operation and closeout. King Exhibits can develop components for confirmed conditions; the organizer and venue control space allocation, services and operating permission.
Send the event, hall, booth number, current manual, target buyers, products, hands-on activity, staff count, screens, applications, connection needs, graphics, samples, existing assets, utilities, freight, budget, approval date and requested King scope. King Exhibits will develop the physical sales station and identify Palmer, ACCD, organizer or provider work that needs separate confirmation, ordering, authorization or access planning.
