A rendering shows the intention; a pre-build reveals how the physical pieces come together. Our fabrication service includes pre-build and quality checks, with the extent of assembly matched to the booth. It’s the point to look at adjoining surfaces, graphics placement and the fit of key features, while adjustments can still be made before shipping.
Rent when your next show needs a distinctive booth but your future layout or calendar may change. A custom-modular rental combines reusable structure with graphics and selected features developed for your brand. We coordinate the complete exhibit through delivery, installation and dismantling. You get a booth built for the event without taking on ownership of the rental structure.
Purchase when you want to keep the exhibit and use its core design again. Plan future booth footprints, graphics changes and display needs before committing to the build. We offer fabrication for owned exhibits, with installation and between-show services available separately. Bring your brand files and references. Our team develops the booth proposal, explains the build choices and sets out the cost and schedule for approval.
After design and artwork approval, we prepare the booth components and graphics, then carry out the planned assembly and quality checks before packing.
We coordinate transport and installation for your show, then the agreed dismantling and post-show handling. Your team receives the booth ready for its event use.
Send the design for review. We’ll assess the concept, dimensions and intended use, then explain what design development is needed before fabrication. A finished rendering is a useful starting point, but it does not by itself establish every construction detail. We will confirm the production route before you commit to the build.
Share your show date and the current design and artwork status as early as possible. The available route depends on how much custom work is needed and when the booth must ship. We will assess whether the brief can be delivered as proposed or needs a simpler design, then confirm the schedule with the quote.
Ask us to include a remote pre-build review in your project. Photos or video can help you review the agreed assemblies before shipping. The useful views depend on the design: a close-up may show an important join, while a wider view helps you understand graphics placement. We will arrange the review details during planning.
Include photos, dimensions and the source of any existing components in your brief. Parts from a previous project may offer a useful starting point, but their condition, connections and graphic sizes need to suit the new layout. We assess reuse before including those parts in the design; the same booth footprint alone does not establish compatibility.
Our rental offer is for complete trade show booths. Furniture, flooring and other rental elements are supplied as part of that exhibit, so the design and installation work together. Tell us the footprint and the functions you need; we will propose a complete booth configuration and include the relevant elements in the quote.
Include the equipment dimensions, weight and how it will be demonstrated in your brief. We need that information before recommending a display surface or supporting structure. It also affects the space needed for delivery and positioning. We will assess the booth requirements with your team before proposing how the equipment will be presented.
